The Annual Dinner will be held on May 2, 2015. Please RSVP by April 27, 2015, if you will be attending.
Cost is $15 per person for the dinner. Appetizers and desserts are potluck. The beverage cabinet is closed for the season, so plan on bringing your own drinks.
Following dinner, we will present the club awards to a select group of very deserving members who have shown great dedication to the sport of curling and to the club.
Between April 15 and May 1, 2015, the membership will elect four (4) Directors for three-year terms, one (1) Director will fill a two-year term and one (1) will fill a one-year term. A total of six (6) people will be elected.
Voting will be via BallotBin, and each voting member will be able to cast six (6) votes. Please look for email from BallotBin in your inbox about April 18th.
Voting will open on April 18th, and close at 11:59:59 pm on May 1st. The results will be announced at our Annual Meeting on May 2nd. [Read more…]
It’s time for Final Fling, our end-of-the-ice curling party! We’ll be having Red, Hot & Blue for dinner starting at 6:30pm, and then at 7pm, we will be wreaking havoc on the ice we so carefully groom all year on by ice skating on it! (Payback time for all those picked rocks and lines that fall to the wall.)
Activities will also include shuffleboard on ice, ice art by you, and perhaps a little human curling. Get the flyer (pdf).
Come eat, drink and be merry with your fellow PCC members as we say Adios! to the ice for the 2014-2015 season. It’s only $7 per person ($4 for kids), and all you have to bring is a dessert to share. We’ll empty the cabinet for drinks. [Read more…]
Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make the Elisabeth Childs Challenge a success! We’re still not done. Our signature event, The Cherry Blossom, is in two weeks. This event requires many hands to be successful. Please volunteer!
