Saturday Afternoon League

When: Saturday Afternoons (1st Draw at noon, 2nd Draw at 2:15 ish)

Description: Saturday Afternoon league is a social league with team entry on Saturday afternoons. Games will be played on each Saturday when the ice is available with games starting at 12:00 pm. If two draws are required, the second game will begin at 2:15 ish pm. For all team games, after 1 hour and 45 minutes, the teams may finish the end they are on and play one more.

This season, the Saturday Afternoon League will also accommodate those wishing to play matches in the new WCF "Mixed Doubles" format. For more information on this format, please click here. However, in order to encourage more doubles matches, the league will not require that doubles teams be of mixed gender.

Since this is a league with a flexible schedule, all teams and doubles pairs will be required to email the league coordinator (email link above) with their desire to schedule a game at least two weeks in advance. Games will be scheduled based on availability and submission dates for the teams, so teams can always join the league, yes even in mid-season.
