Our first attempt was scheduled for February 5th - 7th. Unfortunately for us, Mother Nature decided to drop about 30 or more inches of snow on our club and the surrounding areas. If people had managed to to get to the local hotel, they would have been stuck in the hotel parking lot for a few days, and still been unable to curl. Common sense prevailed and the event was postponed until April 15th - 18th. We extended our season an additional week just to accommodate the tradition.
