Registration

Please arrive at-least one hour before your first draw.  When you arrive, you will be asked to sign-in.

All participants should be ready with a valid drivers license or state issued ID so we can check ID and issue you a wristband for the bar.

At this time teams who sent me T-Shirt sizes before Monday Feb 11th will have a chance to purchase a dykes T-Shirt ($10 (S,M,L,XL), $12 (2X, 3X)).  After the first round of games (Thursday 6:00pm), sales will open up to everyone.  Limited quantities are available.

We have a special gift for all curlers as a thank you for coming to our club.

You will be required to sign a waiver.  If possible, please print a copy at home and bring it will you (extra copies will be available at the club).

Parking

We highly recommend that you park a the hotel and take the shuttle from the hotel to the club.  There is a large hockey tournament next door beginning friday and parking will be limited.

If you do choose to drive to the club, please allow extra time as you may be parking a good distance from our front door.  Be sure you park in a legal space, between two painted lines. Parking is not allowed along curbs or grassy areas unless specifically designated. You will receive a ticket.

Travel

Most teams will begin play on Wednesday, February 27. For those teams planning to fly, the last draw on Sunday begins at 2:30pm and the event will probably not wrap up until 6:00pm. Teams are advised to be flexible in their travel arrangements.

Eligibility rules

“Eligibility: (a) Members having curled (5) or more curling seasons shall not be eligible to compete. Interpretation: (i) Ten (10) games per season anywhere constitutes a season; (ii) The curling season starts on May 1st and ends April 30th. (iii) Junior curling but not Youth Curling, curling experience counts towards the five (5) curling seasons. (b) All substitutes shall be governed by eligibility rule 8(a) above. (c) Each participant is responsible for determining his/her eligibility. (d) The eligibility of team members shall be certified to the host club, using the official GNCC entry form, by the president or secretary of the teams club with respect to rule 8(a) with confirmation that curling experience includes all years of curling. (e) Each member of
the team must be in good standing member of the GNCC and a dues paying member of the GNCC.”
